(4) Ensure that the plants are beautiful in shape, reasonable in placement, and natural in leaf color. If the flowers and trees die or grow poorly due to improper maintenance conditions, the professional nursing staff of our company should replace them in time to ensure the viewing effect of the flower-using unit.
(5) Clean and hygienic, no dust on the leaves, no litter, no diseases and insect pests, and no peculiar smell in the pot soil.
(6) Replace the plants that do not meet the leasing standards in time.
(7) The maintenance staff should be responsible for timely care according to plant needs, and compliance with Party A (rental unit, contract) rules and regulations will not hinder Party A Normal work and operation.
(8) Regular quality service inspections to solicit Party A’s opinions, and timely resolution of problems.
